Step 2: Free 30-Minute Consultation

Once we've received your inquiry, we'll schedule a free, virtual 30-minute video consultation. This is a great opportunity for us to discuss your ideas, preferences, and any specific requirements you have. We’ll provide you with an overview of what we can offer and how our process works.

Step 3: Review Options List and Select Your Preferences

After our consultation, we'll provide you with a comprehensive list of options to review. This will include various design features, layouts, and customization possibilities. You’ll select your preferences and tailor your container home to fit your unique style and needs.

Step 4: Receive a Quote and Renderings

Based on your selected preferences, we’ll create detailed renderings of your custom container home and provide you with a transparent quote. This will give you a clear picture of your future home and the associated costs.

Step 5: Sign Contract and Payment Terms

Once you’re satisfied with the design and the quote, we’ll prepare a contract for you to review and sign. This contract will outline the project scope, timeline, and payment schedule. To kick off the building process, we require a 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. This deposit can be made via certified check or wire transfer. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to delivery.

Step 6: Build (Approximately 40 Days to Complete)

With the contract signed and the deposit received, our skilled team will begin constructing your custom container home. The building process typically takes roughly 40 days. During this time, we’ll keep you updated on the progress and ensure everything is on track.

Step 7: Ship (Approximately 35 Days)

After the build is complete, we’ll prepare your container home for shipping. This phase usually takes about 35 days, including any necessary inspections and logistics arrangements. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Step 8: Delivery and Move In!

Finally, your custom container home will be delivered to your designated location. Our team will assist with the setup to ensure everything is perfect. Once the setup is complete, it’s time to move in and start enjoying your beautiful new home!
